[EM EDIÇÃO] Redes interprofissionais no atendimento ao infarto agudo do miocárdio em unidade de pronto atendimento

Objetivo: analisar a estrutura e a dinâmica das redes sociais entre profissionais de saúde de uma Unidade de Pronto Atendimento envolvidos no atendimento a casos de Infarto Agudo do Miocárdio. Método: estudo descritivo, quantitativo e transversal, com aplicação da Análise de Redes Sociais para compreender fluxos comunicacionais e relações interprofissionais em contexto de urgência. Participaram 40 profissionais e os dados foram processados nos softwares UCINET e NetDraw. Resultados: a rede apresentou baixa densidade e maior centralidade entre enfermeiros e médicos da sala vermelha e da classificação de risco. Predominaram posições periféricas, com limitada conectividade intersetorial e baixa participação de setores de apoio. Considerações finais: a estrutura relacional evidenciou fragilidades na articulação do cuidado ao Infarto Agudo do Miocárdio, com dependência de poucos atores centrais. O método utilizado mostrou-se útil para diagnóstico institucional, sendo recomendado como ferramenta de gestão para ampliar conexões, qualificar fluxos e fortalecer práticas colaborativas em contextos de urgência.
