O objetivo deste estudo foi caracterizar o perfil sociodemográfico e ocupacional de trabalhadores de enfermagem readequados e readaptados em um hospital universitário público do norte do Paraná. Estudo transversal, realizado com 30 servidores. Os dados foram produzidos por meio de questionário caracterização da população. Os resultados apontaram que a média da faixa etária foi 50,3 anos, 93,3% do sexo feminino, 50,0% da cor branca, 40,0% casados, 90,0% trabalhavam na instituição há mais de 16 anos. Constatou-se que 90,0% dos motivos da readequação e readaptação estão relacionadas a limitações por distúrbio físico e, mesmo assim, 30,0% realizavam horas extras. Com relação à categoria profissional, 46,6% eram auxiliares operacionais e 20,0% encontravam-se lotados na Divisão de Atendimento e Internamento. Conclui-se ser indispensável às instituições de saúde resgatar a promoção da saúde do trabalhador, pois se verificou que muitos dos agravos são previsíveis e evitáveis.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to characterize the socio demographic and occupational profile of rehabilitated and readjusted nursing workers in a Public University Hospital in northern Paraná. Cross-sectional study accomplished with 30 servers. The data were produced by a characterization of population questionnaire. The results showed that the average age was 50.3 years old, 93.3% were female, 50.0% Caucasian, 40.0% were married, 90.0% worked in the institution for over 16 years. It was found that 90.0% of the reasons for readjustment and rehabilitation are related to limitations by physical disorder, and even so, 30.0% performed overtime. Regarding the professional category, 46.6% were operating auxiliaries and 20.0% were full in the Care and Internment Division. It is concluded that essential health institutions redeem the promotion of workers’ health, because it was found that many of the injuries are predictable and preventable.
RESUMEN
Este estudio objetiva caracterizar el perfil sociodemográfico y ocupacional de trabajadores de enfermería readecuados y readaptados en un hospital universitario público del Norte de Paraná-Brasil. Estudio transversal, realizado con 30 funcionarios. Los datos fueron producidos por medio de cuestionario de caracterización de la población. Los resultados apuntaron que el promedio de edad fue 50,3 años, 93,3% del sexo femenino, 50,0% blancos, 40,0% casados, 90,0% trabajaban en la institución por más de 16 años. Se constató que 90,0% de los motivos de la readecuación y readaptación están relacionados a limitaciones por disturbio físico y, así mismo, 30,0% realizaban horas extras. En la categoría profesional, 46,6% eran auxiliares operacionales y 20,0% actuaban en la División de Atendimiento e Internación. Se concluye que es indispensable que las instituciones de salud rescaten la promoción de la salud del trabajador, pues que muchos de los agravios son previsibles y evitables.
