Análise da produção científica nacional sobre o trabalho de enfermagem

Abstract

Estudo narrativo da literatura científica sobre o trabalho de enfermagem, divulgada em periódicos nacionais de saúde, com o objetivo de traçar um panorama dessa produção e evidenciar suas tendências. São analisados 281 artigos, do período 1981-2008, da base Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe de Ciências da Saúde, através de abordagem qualiquantitativa. Compreende-se o trabalho de enfermagem e a produção de conhecimentos científicos como processos histórico-sociais permeados pela interação humana. Identifica-se uma produção crescente sobre o assunto, concentrada nos anos 2000, que abrange diversos aspectos da prática de enfermagem/do enfermeiro, sobretudo os temas: saúde do trabalhador, modos de efetivar o trabalho cotidiano, percepções sobre a prática, e interrelações no trabalho. Os estudos tendem à abordagem de aspectos microssociais do trabalho e à valorização dos sujeitos e da intersubjetividade no trabalho. Há necessidade de consolidar esses aspectos e ampliar pesquisas com abordagem macrossocial que são escassas.
