Cuidado centrado na família: aplicação pela enfermagem no contexto da criança hospitalizada [Family-centered care: nursing application in the context of the hospitalized child]

Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa de estudos publicados em periódicos indexados nas bases de dados BDENF, LILACS e portal CAPES, com recorte temporal de 1990 a 2012. Objetivou-se revisar a literatura sobre o reconhecimento pela enfermagem da importância do cuidado centrado na família (CCF), no contexto da criança hospitalizada. A partir dos critérios de seleção, foram identificados 21 artigos sobre a temática. Emergiram da análise textual três categorias: Percepções da enfermagem sobre o CCF; Vivências no contexto da criança hospitalizada; Implantação do CCF; Estratégias de implantação do CCF. Concluiu-se que o CCF qualifica a assistência à criança hospitalizada e para sua implantação há necessidade de instrumentalização e sensibilização dos profissionais desde a sua formação.
ABSTRACT
It is an integrative review of studies published in journals indexed in databases BDENF, Lilacs and CAPES portal, with time frame from 1990 to 2012. The objective was to review the literature on the nursing recognition of the importance of family-centered care (CCF), in the context of the hospitalized child. Based on the selection criteria, we identified 21 articles on the subject. Textual analysis, emergiram três categories: Perceptions of nursing on CCF: Experiences in the context of hospitalized children; Deployment model CCF and CCF deployment strategies. It was concluded that the TLC qualifies the care of hospitalized children and their deployment is necessary instrumentation and sensitization of professionals since its formation.
RESUMEN
Se trata de una revisión integradora de estudios publicados en revistas indexadas en las bases de datos BDENF, LILACS y en el portal CAPES, con el marco de tiempo desde 1990 hasta 2012. El objetivo fue revisar la literatura sobre El reconocimiento por la enfermería de la importancia de la atención centrada en la familia (ACF), en el contexto del niño hospitalizado. Con base en los criterios de selección, se identificaron 21 artículos sobre el tema. Del análisis textual emergieron tres categorías: Percepciones de la enfermería sobre la ACF; Experiencias en el contexto del niño hospitalizado; Implantación de la ACF; Estrategias de implantación de la ACF. Se concluyó que el ACF califica el cuidado al niño hospitalizado y para su implantación es necesaria instrumentalización y sensibilización de los profesionales desde su formación.
