Organização do trabalho e seus reflexos na atuação dos trabalhadores de enfermagem em ressuscitação cardiopulmonar

Estudo qualitativo, cujo objeto tratou das repercussões psicofísicas no trabalhador de enfermagem decorrentes da atuação em ressuscitações cardiopulmonares (RCP), em enfermarias de clínica médica. Objetivos: identificar os fatores facilitadores e dificultadores enfrentados pelos trabalhadores de enfermagem na atuação em RCP e analisar as repercussões psicofísicas dessa atividade na saúde desses trabalhadores. O estudo foi desenvolvido em quatro enfermarias de clínica médica de um hospital universitário do Rio de Janeiro, em 2008, tendo como sujeitos cinco enfermeiros e 12 auxiliares de enfermagem. Aplicou-se a entrevista semiestruturada e as informações foram analisadas através do método de análise de conteúdo. Os resultados apontaram para um distanciamento entre o trabalho prescrito e o real. Várias repercussões psicofísicas foram percebidas: irritabilidade, ansiedade, fadiga, lombalgia. Considera-se que existe a necessidade de discutir, avaliar e intervir no processo laboral a fim de que a atividade de RCP seja melhor operacionalizada, com menos impacto negativo na saúde do trabalhador.Downloads
