Abstract

This article aims to elaborate the State of the Art, based on what has been published on Socio-Educational Measures with regard to Art Education, giving relevance to Theater Art and, for its development, the time frame between the period 2012 and 2023 was listed. A qualitative research of a bibliographic nature was carried out in which the methodological procedure was adopted, from the review of Course Completion Papers (TCC), Dissertations and Theses that were identified by Google Scholar, Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD) of the Brazilian Institute of Scientific and Technological Information (IBICT) and Theses and Dissertations Bank of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES). in the Digital Bank of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD). This survey sought to analyze and understand how the guidelines provided for in the Law, Eca (1990) and SINASE (2012) are being implemented in the Brazilian Socio-Educational System in relation to the Art Culture axis. Finally, it was realized in view of the above that Art Education is still on the margins of what is stated in the current Legislation.
