MUDEI DE ESCOLA ACHANDO QUE TUDO IRIA MUDAR: REFLETINDO O CURRÍCULO E A FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES DISPOSTAS A UMA EDUCAÇÃO QUEER

The work is the result of the monograph prepared as a conclusion work for the Degree in Pedagogy course at UFRRJ and has the objective of analyzing the organization of the school curriculum and teacher training, with the intention of making a curriculum strange to think about a queer curriculum, which allows us to guarantee the training of individuals in a comprehensive way, prepared to consider themselves in their individualities and be recognized by society. Thus, this is an exploratory qualitative research of a bibliographic nature that uses theoretical discussions based on reflections by Louro (2018), Arroyo (2013) and Tardif (2002), relating the authors' reflection to memorial reports of an autobiographical narrative about the trajectory of a queer subject, in addition to a public consultation on the training of teachers for the Pedagogy course at the Seropédica campus of the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro to discuss sexuality and gender. As results, this work found the insufficiency of the curricular matrix of the undergraduate course consulted for training on thematic gender and sexuality in teacher training, the need for in-depth discussion for the recognition of queer subjects in the classroom, since there is a vast theoretical repertoire on the topic related to the school context, which is guided by educational guidelines, and the way in which the lack of the topic as an educational component influences the trajectory of queer subjects, invalidating them.
