Resumo
Este artigo investiga a relação entre Direito do Trabalho, Neoliberalismo e Neofascismo no governo Jair Bolsonaro. São mobilizadas formulações teóricas sobre autoritarismo e neofascismo no contexto contemporâneo buscando compreender as implicações do trabalho e do Direito do Trabalho nesse enredo. Há identificação de elementos neofascistas na conjuntura brasileira a partir da análise das políticas para o trabalho e dos discursos emulados pelo Presidente da República sobre o trabalho.

Abstract
This article investigates the relationship between Labor Law, Neoliberalism and Neofascism in the Jair Bolsonaro government. Theoretical formulations on authoritarianism and neo-fascism are mobilized in the contemporary context, seeking to understand the implications of labor and Labor Law in this scenario. There is identification of neo-fascist elements in the Brazilian conjuncture based on the analysis of policies for labor and the speeches about labor emulated by the President of the Republic.
