Resumo
Este artigo visa analisar a interrupção voluntária de gravidez a partir do Novo Constitucionalismo Latino-Americano (NCLA), realizando um estudo de caso da Sentença Constitucional Plurinacional 0206/2014 (Bolívia). Para tanto, faz-se breve análise do modelo constitucional e apresenta-se o debate do aborto, analisando, após, o precedente boliviano. Ao final, é feita análise crítica da decisão, destacando pontos relevantes e controvertidos.

Abstract
This article analyzes the voluntary termination of pregnancy from the perspective of New Latin-American Constitutionalism studies, exploring a case study on Plurinational Constitutional Sentence 0206/2014. For this purpose, an analysis on this constitutional model is made; the abortion debate is presented, investigating the Bolivian precedent. Finally, a critical review on the decision is formulated, highlighting its relevant and controversial points.
