Resumo
Na Bolívia do início do século XXI são deflagradas importantes transições no campo do direito. É o caso da constitucionalização da jurisdição indígena originário campesina, que vem exigindo práticas inovadoras no exercício da jurisdição constitucional. Isto pode ser observado na adoção de novos métodos hermenêuticos, como a “interpretação plural”, que busca efetivar o pluralismo jurídico no país.

Abstract
In Bolivia of the twentieth century are triggered significant transitions in the field of law. This is the case of indigenous originating jurisdiction legalization and that has required innovative practices in the exercise of constitutional jurisdiction. This can be seen in adoption of new hermeneutical methods, like the "plural interpretation", which seeks to give effect to the legal pluralism in the country.
