Resumo
Neste artigo, será analisada a concepção de subjetividade jurídica a partir das obras de Lukács, Sartre e Althusser. Ao longo do texto, procuramos demonstrar como o problema da subjetividade jurídica, é central para a compreensão da relação entre o direito e a reprodução da sociedade capitalista.

Abstract
In this article, the concept of legal subjectivity will be analyzed from the works of Lukács, Sartre and Althusser. Throughout the text, we seek to demonstrate how the problem of legal subjectivity is central to understanding the relationship between law and the reproduction of capitalist society.
