Resumo
Trata das interconexões entre as categorias antidiscriminatórias e as dinâmicas de gênero e sexualidade em decisões do Supremo Tribunal Federal sobre homotransfobia, identidade de gênero e doação de sangue por homossexuais. Faz-se uma análise qualitativa das decisões, selecionadas pela temática, impacto e potencial analítico. Identificou-se efetiva relacionalidade entre a hermenêutica judicial e as dinâmicas sociais e políticas de gênero e sexualidade.

Abstract
This paper addresses the Anti-discrimination, gender, and sexuality interconnection points in Brazilian Constitutional Court decisions on homotransphobia, gender identity, and blood donation by homosexuals. Taking into account the public impact, as well as the analytical potential in such judicial rulings, it identifies an actual relationship between the development of Anti-discrimination Law in legal reasoning and the gender and sexuality social and political dynamic.
