Resumo

Apresentando a ideia de colonialidade da organização e regulação do trabalho, o artigo pretende levantar potenciais contribuições dos estudos descoloniais para se compreender a corpo-política do conhecimento no Direito do Trabalho e nos Estudos Organizacionais. A partir de pesquisa teórica radicalmente interdisciplinar e epistemologicamente dissidente, pretende-se refletir sobre os modos dessa colonialidade e as potenciais saídas dela nesses dois campos de pretensões ao mesmo tempo críticas e normativas reportados ao universo do poder nas relações laborais.

Abstract

Presenting the idea of coloniality of the organization and regulation of labor, the article intends to raise potential contributions from decolonial studies to understand the body-politics of knowledge in Labor Law and in Organizational Studies. Based on radically interdisciplinary and epistemologically dissident theoretical research, we intend to reflect on the modes of this coloniality and the potential solutions to it in these two fields that share both critical and normative contents reported to the universe of power in labor relations.
