Resumen
En el presente artículo se revisa cómo ha impactado el hecho del pluralismo jurídico generado por los pueblos indígenas en el texto constitucional mexicano, y si es posible considerarlo como parte del Nuevo Constitucionalismo Latinoamericano. Se caracteriza el hecho del pluralismo jurídico como expresión la crisis del Estado moderno; entendiendo el pluralismo jurídico promovido por los pueblos indígenas como proyecto liberador, se hará una descripción breve sobre el estatus que tiene en diversas constituciones latinoamericanas. Por último, se abordará el texto constitucional mexicano, en un análisis con estrecha relación a las exigencias de los pueblos indígenas contenidas en los Acuerdos de San Andrés.

Abstract
In this paper we look at the impact that legal pluralism originated within indigenous people has had on the mexican constitutional text, and whether it is posible to consider it as a part of the New Latin American Constitutionalism. Legal pluralism is characterized as an expression of the crisis of the modern state; taking legal pluralism originated within indigenous people as a liberating project, we will make a brief description of its status among different Latin American constitutions. Finally, we will deal with the Mexican constitutional text with an analysis closely related to the demands made by the indigenous people as they are found in the San Andres agreements.
