OS MEIOS DE DEFESA JUDICIAIS NO DIREITO PREVIDENCIÁRIO PORTUGUÊS: REFLEXÕES CRÍTICAS.

In this article, we aim to summarize the main legal remedies available to citizens under Portuguese law when it comes to social security law. We will reflect on the dispersion of existing remedies and the current impossibility of resorting to tax arbitration in these matters.
