EL ACCESO A LA JUSTICIA, EN CONDICIONES DE IGUALDAD, DE LAS PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD
Abstract
This paper focuses on analyzing the impact of justice digitization on equal access to justice for people with disabilities. It explores how digitization has the potential to enhance the efficiency of the judicial system and how artificial intelligence (AI) can play a crucial role in creating accessibility tools. To do so, it primarily examines the role of facilitators and recent reforms that led to the creation of this figure, as well as legislation related to the digitization of the judicial office.
