The Journal of City Law, a journal ranked by MEC / CAPES as Qualis A1, Law and registered in the Web of Science, is pleased to inform all its readers that, as of April 2017, it was reclassified as Qualis A1, Law by the Law Commission Qualis of the MEC / CAPES.

We published in this issue the article "Housing valuation and difficulty for access to the formal market of Rosario" by Professor Cintia Ariana Barenboim, PhD in Geography, University of Buenos Aires - UBA, postdoctoral in socio-spatial segregation and real estate valuation (CURDIUR-UNR) Assistant Researcher at CONICET and Full Professor of Planning and Urban Planning at the National University of Rosario, Argentina.
