´[EM EDIÇÃO] Perfil das ocorrências assistidas pelo Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência na população infantil

Objetivo: descrever o perfil dos atendimentos prestados pelo SAMU na população infantil. Método: estudo transversal descritivo, quantitativo, baseado em banco de dados de pesquisa matricial de Tangará da Serra, Mato Grosso, Brasil, incluindo fichas de atendimento de crianças de zero a nove anos, 11 meses e 29 dias atendidas em 2022. Realizou-se análise descritiva das variáveis. Protocolo de pesquisa aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética. Resultados: entre 216 atendimentos, predominaram aqueles realizados por Unidade de Suporte Básico (76,4%), em vias públicas (71,3%), período vespertino (38,4%), no mês de outubro (14,3%), entre terças e quartas-feiras (18,1%), ao sexo masculino (54,6%) e lactentes (36,5%), com atendimentos que ocorreram em até dez minutos (70,9%). Conclusão: a maioria das ocorrências foi atendida pela USB e concentrou-se no próprio município, especialmente em vias marginais, entre crianças do sexo masculino e lactentes, predominando situações clínicas e traumas, achados que subsidiam ações preventivas, qualificam o cuidado pré-hospitalar pediátrico e orientam a gestão baseada em evidências.
