[EM EDIÇÃO] Desafios e avanços relacionados ao cuidado clínico seguro no ambiente hospitalar: revisão de escopo

Objetivo: mapear as evidências sobre o cuidado clínico seguro no contexto hospitalar, identificando os principais desafios, avanços e o papel do enfermeiro na promoção de práticas seguras e da segurança do paciente. Método: revisão de escopo conduzida conforme as recomendações JBI, com protocolo registrado no Open Science Framework (OSF) e relato orientado pelo checklist PRISMA-ScR. As buscas foram realizadas em outubro de 2025 nas principais bases de dados e na literatura cinzenta, incluindo estudos primários e secundários, sem restrição de período ou idioma. Realizada análise dos dados descritiva, temática e apoiada pelo software IRaMuTeQ. Resultados: entre 21 estudos, as evidências se concentraram em cinco eixos temáticos: cultura e liderança, comunicação e notificação de incidentes, desafios organizacionais, tecnologia e inovação, e fundamentos conceituais. Conclusão: embora haja avanços relevantes na promoção da segurança do paciente no contexto hospitalar, o cuidado clínico seguro permanece conceitualmente pouco sistematizado e operacionalizado de forma fragmentada.
