[EM EDIÇÃOI] Conhecimento, capacidade autorreferida e atitude da equipe de enfermagem em hemotransfusão: estudo transversal e analítico

Objetivo: analisar o conhecimento, capacidade autorreferida e atitude da equipe de enfermagem em hemotransfusão. Método: estudo transversal e analítico, realizado em hospital de ensino em Minas Gerais, com enfermeiros e técnicos de enfermagem das unidades de internação adulto/idoso. A amostra foi não probabilística, totalizando 125 participantes. Os dados foram coletados entre janeiro e fevereiro de 2024, por meio de questionário estruturado, e analisados por estatística descritiva e qui-quadrado de Person. Protocolo de pesquisa aprovado pelo Comitê de Ética da instituição. Resultados: entre 50 enfermeiros e 75 técnicos de enfermagem, o conhecimento foi considerado satisfatório. Os enfermeiros apresentaram maior autoconfiança e referiram notificar mais eventos adversos quando comparados aos técnicos. Quanto a atitude, identificou-se fragilidade na verificação do termo de consentimento e na orientação a pacientes e familiares. Conclusão: evidenciou-se que os profissionais de enfermagem possuem conhecimento satisfatório e sentimento de autoeficácia em hemotransfusão, mas apresentam fragilidades em práticas essenciais à segurança do paciente.
