[EM EDIÇÃO] Processo de enfermagem nos projetos pedagógicos de cursos técnicos em enfermagem: análise documental

Objetivo: analisar a presença e a abordagem do processo de enfermagem e de suas etapas nos projetos pedagógicos dos cursos técnicos em enfermagem dos Institutos Federais do Brasil. Método: estudo documental, qualitativo, com componente descritivo quantitativo, baseado em 23 projetos pedagógicos. Os dados de caracterização foram organizados e analisados por estatística descritiva no Excel®. Análise textual realizada com apoio do software IRaMuTeQ, articulado à análise de conteúdo de Bardin. Resultados: predominam cursos na região Sudeste, presenciais e subsequentes, com carga horária média superior ao mínimo exigido. Nas ementas, o processo de enfermagem e suas etapas apresentam abordagem limitada, com ênfase na execução de procedimentos técnicos e ausência de elementos estruturantes, como prescrição, checagem e referenciais teóricos, além de abordagem não transversal das anotações de enfermagem. Considerações finais: evidenciam-se fragilidades na abordagem do processo de enfermagem na formação técnica, indicando a necessidade de maior integração de seus elementos nos projetos pedagógicos.
