A produção científica de enfermagem sobre violência na adolescência [Scientific production in nursing on violence in adolescence] [La producción científica de enfermería acerca de la violencia en la adolescencia]

Objetivo: analisar a produção científica brasileira de enfermagem sobre violência na adolescência, no período de 1990 a 2015. Método: trata-se de uma revisão de literatura com análise bibliométrica, utilizando as bases de dados: MEDLINE, LILACS, BDENF e ADOLEC, de janeiro a abril de 2016, por meio dos descritores combinados: adolescente, enfermagem, violência, direitos humanos e defesa da criança e do adolescente. Resultados: toram identificados 32 artigos com início das publicações no ano 2000, e o periódico Acta Paulista de Enfermagem apresentou o maior número de artigos. Quanto à região brasileira, ressalta-se a Região Nordeste com 11 publicações. Vale destacar que 31 dos artigos encontrados advêm de instituições públicas, cujos autores priorizaram a metodologia qualitativa com análise de conteúdo. Conclusão: a produção de enfermagem encontrada totalizou um resultado inexpressivo diante do atual quadro, no qual os adolescentes são as principais vítimas da violência e representam uma importante parcela dos atendimentos do setor saúde.
ABSTRACT
Objective: to analyze Brazilian scientific production in nursing on violence in adolescence, from 1990 to 2015. Method: this literature review using bibliometric analysis drew on the MEDLINE, LILACS, BDENF and ADOLEC databases, from January to April 2016, applying the combined descriptors: adolescents, nursing, violence, human rights, and defense of children and adolescents. Results: 32 articles published since 2000 were identified, the largest number of which were in the periodical Acta Paulista de Enfermagem. In Brazil, the Northeast region stands out with 11 publications. Strikingly, 31 of the articles came from public institutions and their authors prioritized qualitative methodology with content analysis. Conclusion: production in nursing amounted to an unimpressive total in view of the current situation in which adolescents are the main victims of violence and account for a considerable portion of instances of health care.

Objetivo: analizar la producción científica brasileña de enfermería sobre violencia en la adolescencia, en el período de 1990 a 2015. Método: se trata de una revisión de literatura con análisis bibliométrico, utilizando las bases de datos: MEDLINE, LILACS, BDENF y ADOLEC, de enero a abril de 2016, por medio de los descriptores combinados: adolescente, enfermería, violencia, derechos humanos y defensa del niño y del adolescente. Resultados: se identificaron 32 artículos con inicio de las publicaciones en el año 2000, y el periódico Acta Paulista de Enfermería presentó el mayor número de publicaciones. En cuanto a la región brasileña, se resalta la región Nordeste con 11 publicaciones. Es importante relevar que 31 de los artículos encontrados provienen de instituciones públicas cuyos autores priorizaron la metodología cualitativa con análisis de contenido. Conclusión: la producción de enfermería encontrada totalizó un resultado inexpresivo ante el actual cuadro, en el cual los adolescentes son las principales víctimas de la violencia y representan una importante parte de las atenciones en el sector salud.
