Violência urbana e repercussão nas práticas de cuidado no território da saúde da família [Urban violence and effect on care practices in family health strategy territories]

Objetivo: identificar a repercussão da violência urbana nas práticas de cuidado de enfermeiros, técnicos de enfermagem e agentes comunitários de saúde que atuam em territórios de abrangência da saúde da família, em Niterói, município do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Metodologia: pesquisa descritiva do tipo estudo de caso. Dados coletados em duas unidades de saúde da família. Foram entrevistados 11 profssionais de saúde no terceiro trimestre de 2014. Optou-se pela entrevista semiestruturada e procedeu-se à análise de conteúdo para o tratamento dos depoimentos. Resultados: os profssionais percebem a violência urbana como algo negativo e que compromete as suas ações de cuidado, principalmente, quando as atividades são realizadas fora das unidades. Conclusão: são necessárias discussões sobre a problemática de forma intersetorial para que as estratégias elaboradas sejam resolutvas.
ABSTRACT
Objective: to identfy the effect of urban violence on nursing care practices, nursing technicians and community health workers in areas covered by the family health strategy in Niterói, a municipality of Janeiro State of Rio. Methodology: in this descriptive case study, data were collected in the third quarter of 2014 by semi-structured interviews of eleven professionals at two family health facilites. Transcripts were analyzed by content analysis. Results: personnel perceived urban violence as adverse and compromising their care actions, especially when actvities are carried out outside the facilities. Conclusion: there is a need for inter-sector discussion of the problem, so that the strategies developed address the problem efectvely.

Objetivo: identificar el impacto de la violencia urbana en las prácticas de atención de enfermería, técnicos de enfermería y agentes comunitarios de salud que trabajan en las áreas de alcance de salud de la familia en la ciudad de Niterói, del Estado de Río de Janeiro. Metodología: estudio descriptivo de tipo estudio de caso. La recolección de datos se realizó en dos unidades de salud familiar. 11 profesionales de salud fueron entrevistados en el tercer trimestre de 2014. Se optó por la entrevista semiestructurada y se procedió al análisis de contenido para el tratamiento de las declaraciones. Resultados: los profesionales perciben la violencia urbana como algo negatvo y que compromete sus acciones de cuidado, sobre todo cuando se llevan a cabo actividades fuera de las unidades. Conclusión: hace falta discusiones sobre el tema de manera intersectorial para que las estrategias elaboradas sean resolutivas.
