Mapeamento dos diagnósticos, resultados e intervenções de enfermagem de uma unidade oncológica [Mapping of nursing diagnoses, results and interventions in an oncology unit]

Objetivo: identificar os principais diagnósticos, intervenções e resultados de enfermagem descritos pela North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA), Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC), Nursing Intervention Classification (NIC), para pacientes oncológicos internados. Método: estudo com abordagem quantitativa, transversal, realizado entre março a outubro de 2014, na unidade de oncologia de um hospital filantrópico, localizado no sul do estado da Bahia. A amostra foi de 157 pacientes, os dados foram analisados por estatística descritiva. Resultados: destacaram-se sete diagnósticos pela North American Nursing Diagnosis Association, 12 resultados (Nursing Outcomes Classification) e 12 intervenções de enfermagem (Nursing Intervention Classification). Considerou-se principais os títulos dos diagnósticos, resultados e intervenções/atividades formulados para mais de 78(50,0%) dos participantes do estudo. Conclusão: permitiu identificar e selecionar diagnósticos, intervenções e resultados de enfermagem para aplicação na prática clínica, com vistas a subsidiar o processo de cuidado e o conhecimento das taxonomias de enfermagem.
ABSTRACT
Objective: to identify the main nursing diagnoses, interventions and results described by the North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA), Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC), and Nursing Intervention Classification (NIC), for cancer inpatients. Method: this quantitative cross-sectional study was conducted between March and October 2014 at the oncology unit of a philanthropic hospital in south Bahia State in a sample of 157 patients. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results: seven NANDA diagnoses, 12 NOC outcomes and 12 NIC interventions were highlighted. The main diagnoses, results and interventions/activities were considered to be those formulated for more than 78 (50.0%) of the study participants. Conclusion: it was possible to identify and select nursing diagnoses, interventions and results for application in clinical practice, with a view to informing the care process and knowledge of nursing taxonomies.

Objetivo: identificar los principales diagnósticos, intervenciones y resultados de enfermería descritos por la North American Nursing Diagnosis Association (NANDA), Nursing Outcomes Classification (NOC), Nursing Intervention Classification (NIC), para pacientes oncológicos internados. Método: estudio con enfoque cuantitativo, transversal, realizado entre marzo y octubre de 2014, en la unidad de oncología de un hospital filantrópico, ubicado en el sur del estado de Bahía. La muestra fue de 157 pacientes, los datos fueron analizados por estadística descriptiva. Resultados: se destacaron siete diagnósticos por la North American Nursing Diagnosis Association y 12 intervenciones de enfermería (Nursing Outcomes Classification) y 12 intervenciones de enfermería (Nursing Intervention Classification). Se consideraron importantes los títulos de los diagnósticos, resultados e intervenciones/actividades formuladas para más de 78 (50,0%) de los participantes del estudio. Conclusión: permitió identificar y seleccionar diagnósticos, intervenciones y resultados de enfermería para aplicación en la práctica clínica, con vistas a subsidiar el proceso de cuidado y el conocimiento de las taxonomías de enfermería.
