Participação do técnico de enfermagem na sistematização da assistência de enfermagem: revisão integrativa da literatura [Nurse technicians’ participation in systematizing nursing care: integrative literature review]

O objetivo do estudo foi identificar, por meio de revisão integrativa, o conhecimento produzido no âmbito nacional acerca da participação do técnico de enfermagem na sistematização da assistência de enfermagem. O levantamento dos dados foi efetuado nos meses de julho a agosto de 2011 nas bases de dados BDENF, LILAC’s, SciELO, MEDLINE e PUBMED, por meio dos descritores controlados - educação técnica em enfermagem, auxiliares de enfermagem, planejamento de assistência ao paciente e processos de enfermagem - e os descritores não controlados - técnico de enfermagem e sistematização da assistência de enfermagem. Foram selecionadas 12 produções científicas e os resultados foram agrupados em dois pilares: caracterização dos estudos encontrados, quanto ao ano de publicação, revista, tipo de pesquisa, entre outros fatores; e questões teóricas trazidas pelos estudos, enfatizando-se o processo formativo do técnico de enfermagem, as suas percepções e a sua inserção na sistematização da assistência de enfermagem.
ABSTRACT
This study made an integrative review to identify knowledge produced in Brazil on nurse technicians’ involvement in systematizing nursing care. Data were collected from July to August 2011 from the BDENF, LILACS, SciELO, MEDLINE and PUBMED data bases using the controlled descriptors (in Portuguese, above):‘technical education in nursing’, ‘nursing auxiliary’, ‘patient care planning’ and ‘nursing process’; and the uncontrolled descriptors: ‘nurse technician’ and ‘systematization of nursing care’. Twelve scientific articles were chosen and the results categorized in two groups: characterization of the studies encountered, by year of publication, journal, research type, and other factors; and theoretical questions raised by the studies, emphasizing the process of nurse technician training, theirs perceptions and their position in the systematization of nursing care.
RESUMEN
El objetivo de este estudio fue identificar, a través de una revisión integradora, los conocimientos producidos en nivel nacional sobre la participación del técnico de enfermería en la sistematización de la atención de enfermería. La recopilación de datos se llevó a cabo entre julio y agosto de 2011 en las bases BDENF, LILAC’s, SciE LO, MEDLINE y PubMed, por los descriptores controlados - graduación en auxiliar de enfermería, auxiliares de enfermería, planificación de atención al paciente y procesos de enfermería - y los no controlados - técnico de enfermería y sistematización de la atención de enfermería. Fueron seleccionados 12 producciones científicas y los resultados se agruparon en dos pilares: caracterización de los estudios encontrados, por año de publicación, revista, tipo de investigación; y las cuestiones teóricas presentadas, con énfasis en el proceso de formación de técnicos de enfermería, sus percepciones y su inserción en la sistematización de la atención de enfermería.
