O acolhimento no centro cirúrgico na perspectiva do usuário e a política nacional de humanização [Hosting at the surgical center from the user’s perspective and the national policy of humanization]

O objetivo desta pesquisa foi analisar as expectativas e experiências dos usuários do Sistema Único de Saúde no acolhimento do centro cirúrgico. Estudo etnometodológico, exploratório, desenvolvido com 18 usuários das unidades clínica e cirúrgica de um hospital estadual do Rio de Janeiro. Os dados foram coletados em 2013 por meio de entrevista semiestruturada; em seguida, foram submetidos à análise de conteúdo, emergindo a categoria: Expectativas e experiências de acolhimento do usuário em relação ao centro cirúrgico. Conclui-se que o acolhimento do usuário no centro cirúrgico é importante, apesar de cada um vivenciar o momento de diferentes maneiras. Ressalta-se que, à luz das Diretrizes da Política Nacional de Humanização, ainda há necessidade de maior divulgação no ambiente hospitalar e de oferta de cursos à distância para profissionais, no sentido de fortalecer as ações humanizadas em saúde.
ABSTRACT
This piece of research aimed at analyzing expectations and experience about hosting at the surgical center by users of the Single Health System. Ethno methodological, exploratory study conducted with 18 users of clinical and surgical wards of a state hospital in Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil. Data were collected in 2013 through semi-structured interviews. Content analysis treatment gave rise to the following category: Expectations and experience of users regarding hosting at the Surgical Center. Conclusions show users’ hosting in the operating room is important, regardless of individuals’ subjective experience. It is noteworthy that in light of the Guidelines of the National Humanization Policy there is still need for further dissemination of practice in the hospital environment, as well as the need for distance education courses in order to enhance humanized health actions among health professionals.
RESUMEN
El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar las expectativas y experiencia de los usuarios del Sistema Único de Salud en acogimiento del centro quirúrgico. Estudio etnometodológico, exploratorio, realizado con 18 usuarios de clinicas médicas y quirúrgicas de un hospital del estado de Río de Janeiro-Brasil. Los datos fueron recogidos en 2013 a través de la entrevista semiestructurada, y después fueron sometidos al análisis de contenido, surgiendo la categoria: Expectativas y experiencias de acogimiento del usuario en relación al centro quirúrgico. Se concluye que el acogimiento del usuario en el centro quirúrgico es importante, a pesar de cada uno vivir el momento de maneras diferentes. Se resalta que, a la luz de las directrices de la Política Nacional de Humanización, aun hay necesidad de mayor divulgación en el ambiente hospitalário y de oferta de cursos a la distancia para los profesionales para fortalecer las acciones humanizadas en salud.
