The objective of the work is to analyze the role that the concepts of bourgeois legal form, dialectical analysis of law and revolutionary destruction of capitalist law proposed by Pashukanis have in constructing a contemporary Latin American legal critique. This analysis is carried out through the concepts and methodology of Latin American legal criticism and Marxist dependency theory. The article is divided into three sections: the first analyzes the reconfigurations of bourgeois legal science and capitalist law; the second studies Pashukanis' concepts and their importance in contemporary legal criticism; The third and last, raises the need to deepen these concepts considering the dependent condition of Latin America.
