This study is a scoping review aimed at mapping scientific production in Psychology related to riverside communities in the Amazon, identifying the main themes addressed and the geographical distribution of the studies, in order to examine theoretical and methodological developments and identify the limitations of the studies reviewed. National publications available in the SciELO, PePSIC, LILACS, CAPES Periodicals Portal, and CAPES Theses and Dissertations Catalog databases were analyzed. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, 25 documents were included in the analysis: 6 articles, 14 master's dissertations, and 5 doctoral theses. The findings indicate that psychological research in this field is still incipient, with a predominance of academic works and limited presence in scientific journals. The most frequent themes include health, identity, childhood, socio-environmental impacts, and barriers to public policy access. The studies are geographically concentrated in the states of Amazonas, Pará, and Rondônia, with gaps in other areas of the Legal Amazon, such as Acre, Roraima, and Amapá. The data reinforces the need to strengthen Psychology's commitment to riverside populations, considering their territorial, social, and cultural specificities and the integration of local knowledge.
