Abstract

The study answers the following research problem: is there an effective expansion in the list of seizable assets for the execution of non-food credits? The approach is qualitative, supported by a literature review and decision analysis methodology. There’s a controversial issue involving the unsuitability of wages relativization because the jurisprudence of Superior Court of Justice has been favorable, and the civil procedural law has given strict treatment to the list of impenetrable assets. It is concluded that yes, there was an effective expansion in the list of seizable assets for the execution of non-food credits. The attachment percentages in all the analyzed Courts ranged from 10% to 30%.
