Abstract

In this paper the author discusses the use of artificial intelligence by the jurisdictional process and deals with the ethical issues involved in the topic, as well as the magnitude of the risks that must be faced to take advantage of the virtues of technological advances in the process, without falling into dramatic ethics violations of guarantees consolidated in the legal system.
