The article aims to present a study of extrajudicial civil enforcement, which is considered one of the topics in vogue in contemporary civil procedural law. Starting from the affirmation of effective and efficient civil enforcement as a fundamental right, the experiences of some European countries are examined, notably Sweden, Finland, Portugal, France, Spain, Italy, and Germany. Afterwards, it is performed an analysis of Bill no. 6,204/2019, in progress at the Brazilian National Congress, seeking to answer the question whether the legislative proposal means an importation from the Portuguese enforcement system. At the end, reflections and considerations to the Bill are presented, in order to contribute to the maturing of the debate on the need to develop a Multi-Door Enforcement System. The study is carried out based on the legal-dogmatic methodological approach, from the analysis of internal elements to the legal systems of different countries, and it is used the types of legal-comparative and legal-prospective investigation.Downloads
