Abstract

This article aims to correlate the phenomenon of cybercrime and the challenges related to Procedural Law. It will be analyzed the evidence-finding procedures more adequate for this type of crime. The paper also intends to analyze how each country could deal with this matter within the limits and extensions of its jurisdiction, in order to carry out investigations that produce positive and valid results.
