Abstract

This article aimed to analyze access to justice, including its multi-port approach, especially in the scenario marked by the expansion of technologies, and to investigate whether new tools can help to expand access to justice in Brazil and collaborate with overcoming attempts. To this end, information and communication technologies, their concepts and the relationship between technology and access to justice were analyzed, without losing sight of the situation of cyber-vulnerable people. Furthermore, given the current pandemic scenario, it can also be an examination of the reality of the Brazilian Judiciary in the face of well-known social disparities in our country.
