Abstract

This article discusses the study of the appropriateness of exceptional resources, the possibility of double offense, the existence of a federal and constitutional issue in the same judgment and the impact on recorrectability. The aim of this study is to investigate whether all the double offenses are equal and, even if they are different, whether they all dialogue with the joint interposition and whether the fungibility of exceptional resources – special and extraordinary – also serve the hypotheses of double offense. The methodology used in the research is deductive, based on bibliographic research on the proposed theme and the objective is the systematization of species of joint interposition, their due relationship with the double offense and the differentiation of these with the fungibility of exceptional resources.
