O presente trabalho busca destacar a importância da permanência da escola Dr.° José Garcia Neto no assentamento Palmeira e de identificar o tipo de relação que a escola estabelece com a comunidade, relatando de que maneira ela ocorre. Esta relação escola-comunidade, não é feita de uma maneira rápida e direta, exige todo um processo de articulações para que ela aconteça. Primeiramente, será colocado em questão as possibilidades, viabilizando os projetos a serem disponibilizados pela escola, em seguida, à disposição da escola e da comunidade em realizá-lo na prática e, através disso, estarão criando e fortalecendo vínculos. A aproximação, escola e comunidade, trazem muitos benefícios tanto para a escola, quanto para a comunidade. Consideramos que temos a possibilidade concreta de termos uma escola de qualidade no/do campo e, inclusive, com o apoio da comunidade. A metodologia da pesquisa se baseou, principalmente, nas entrevistas com os estudantes da escola, os pais dos estudantes e o diretor da escola.Downloads
