“TEM UMA ÁRVORE DE NATAL NA BANDEIRA DO LÍBANO? ”: Alteridade e diálogo na pesquisa com crianças

O artigo parte de uma pesquisa de mestrado realizada com o objetivo de conhecer o que as crianças escutam, praticam e falam sobre a religião na escola. A dissertação teve como bases teóricas a perspectiva filosófica do diálogo de Martin Buber (2014, 2012, 2001); os estudos sociolinguísticos de Bakhtin (2010, 2008, 2006, 2003,2002); e a pedagogia da libertação de Paulo Freire (2013,1992). As contribuições dos estudos da infância possibilitaram problematizar as condições que a contemporaneidade tem oferecido ao diálogo e às relações entre criança-criança/ adulto-criança, tendo na criança a sua centralidade. A metodologia adotada – observação, análise documental, roda de conversa e entrevistas - buscou uma aproximação dos sentidos produzidos no interior das práticas, abrindo possibilidades para compreender as concepções que as crianças mobilizam em suas ações nos diferentes contextos. Para alcançar os objetivos, a pesquisa registrou em um movimento ético e estético, o que as crianças expressam sobre a religião em suas falas, brincadeiras, músicas e danças, e também, o modo como os professores agem e reagem às manifestações dos estudantes. Entrar no espaço escolar para pesquisar o que as crianças falam, escutam e praticam sobre religião reafirma a importância de perguntas como possibilidade de produzir novas significações.
