Urban mobility is an interdisciplinary field that has a significant impact on the quality of urban life. Comfort in urban mobility is fundamental to the traveler's experience, involving several means of transport and technologies. Factors such as travel duration, infrastructure and safety influence well-being. This study carries out a systematic review of objective and subjective metrics used to assess travel comfort, such as cardiological data, satisfaction questionnaires, and geospatial methods. It concludes that an interdisciplinary approach and the use of psychometric and biometric data are essential to understand and improve the urban mobility experience, promoting policies that consider both the physical and psychological aspects of users' well-being.
