A “CARNE MAIS BARATA DO MERCADO” : uma análise biopolítica da “cultura do estupro” no Brasil

O presente artigo objetiva explicitar os elementos que compõem no Brasil atual a denominada “cultura do estupro”, a partir de uma análise crítico-filosófica do que se designará, aqui, de “biopolítica da carne”. O problema que orienta a pesquisa pode ser assim sintetizado: em que medida a expressão “cultura do estupro” se relaciona diretamente à existência de um juízo moral consolidado ao longo dos tempos, fruto de uma ideologia patriarcal que avaliza a cultura do machismo ainda presente em nossa sociedade, e que coloca a mulher como propriedade e objeto de um desejo do homem, sendo que tal concepção distorcida da representação do feminino acaba por legitimar o uso da violência física ou moral, para a satisfação dos instintos sexuais masculinos? Para responder à indagação, o texto encontra-se articulado em duas partes. Na primeira, busca-se (des)velar a expressão “cultura do estupro”, a partir de um conjunto de elementos que a integram, bem como de autores que exploram a temática, analisando-se, também, recentes estatísticas realizadas no país acerca do assunto. Na sequência, busca-se analisar o percurso histórico de constituição das relações patriarcais no Brasil, compreendidas como base e fonte de legitimação da violência sexual perpetrada pelos homens contra as mulheres. Após, busca-se compreender como se dá o controle biopolítico da vida humana, especialmente da vida das mulheres consideradas enquanto “carnes” à disposição do consumo do biopoder patriarcal. Para a concretização da pesquisa, a metodologia de abordagem utilizada foi a fenomenologia hermenêutica.Downloads
