Resumo

O presente trabalho visa a apontar o que se reconhece como alguns percursos iniciais do pensamento da “criminologia feminista” no Brasil. Ao estabelecer esse caminho, formula-se a seguinte questão: qual é o percurso desenvolvido para construção da criminologia feminista que se desenvolve no Brasil e suas possíveis relações com o poder punitivo? A pesquisa aponta na direção de que tais debates, no que se refere a gênero e à violência contra a mulher, ainda permanecem bastante conectados com aqueles desenvolvidos no início dos anos 90, a saber, tomados pela leitura de direitos humanos das mulheres e pelo uso positivo e negativo da tutela penal e acesso à justiça – como paradigmas de análise sobre os aportes feministas –, ainda bastante restritos às questões de violência doméstica.

Abstract

This paper aims to point out what is recognized as some initial paths of the feminist criminology in Brazil. In establishing this path, the following question is posed: What is the pathway for the construction of the feminist criminology under development in Brazil and its possible relations with the punitive power? Some preliminary considerations from the investigated contributions that cross the so-called feminist criminology in Brazil may point in the direction that such debates, with regard to gender and violence against women, still remain very connected with those developed in the early 1990s, namely, taken by the reading of women’s human rights and by the positive and negative use of criminal justice and access to justice - as paradigms of analysis on feminist contributions - still very restricted to issues of domestic violence.
