The present article analyze the potential of the Rewriting of Judicial Decisions project with Feminist Perspectives from the analysis of the discourse and language of the literature. It understands the judicial decision as a repetition of meanings authorized by a dominant discursive formation in the Judiciary, while rewritings with feminist perspectives have the potential to slide meanings and point to meanings allocated in the folding of memory because they are interdicted by the hegemonic discursive matrix. The work also reflects on the silence in the process of paraphrasing the discursive matrix and asks if there would be a language capable of passing through the dominant discursive formation. Women's literature presents itself as a language capable of indicating memorable meanings, insofar as it shares narratives of subaltern subjects and destabilizes the traditional conformation about what can or cannot be said.
