Resumo
Reflete sobre o objeto constituição como objeto jurídico-linguístico. Para tanto, instala uma escuta materialista da prática jurídico-doutrinária, constituindo um corpus analítico baseado no funcionamento discursivo de algumas definições em dizeres classificatórios sobre constituição. Compreende que a prática discursiva da doutrina jurídica possui um caráter dividido e dominado conjunturalmente pela eficácia da ideologia da transparência.

Abstract
This is a reflection on the constitution as a legal-linguistic object. Therefore, a materialist listening is applied to the legal-doctrinal practice, constituting an analytical corpus based on the discursive functioning of some definitions in classificatory statements about constitution (as an object). It is understood that the discursive practice of the legal doctrine has a divided character, and is dominated, at the moment, by the effectiveness of the transparency ideology.
