Resumo
O artigo tem como objetivo fazer um debate a respeito da proposta feita por Roberto Mangabeira Unger para a reforma do sistema de governo no Brasil. Aborda-se, em linhas gerais, a proposta de Unger em apontar uma ação política transformadora para o país, e o contexto em que ele propõe a reforma do presidencialismo. A partir de um diálogo com fontes do pensamento político brasileiro, faz-se uma discussão dessa proposta, levantando algumas polêmicas. Desvela-se aqui um esforço para discutir os sistemas de governo no âmbito da proposta de experimentalismo democrático – um exercício Unger contra Unger.

Abstract
This article aims to debate the proposal made by Roberto Mangabeira Unger for the reform of the government system in Brazil. Unger's proposal for a transformative political action in Brazil, and the context in which he proposes the reform of presidentialism, is generally described. Based on a dialogue with sources of brazilian political thought, Unger’s proposal is discussed, raising some controversies. It is an effort to discuss systems of government within the framework of the proposal for democratic experimentalism - an Unger versus Unger exercise.
