Resumo
O artigo visa investigar se a interseccionalidade consiste em um método de desobediência epistêmica no Direito do Trabalho brasileiro. Por uma perspectiva jurídico-sociológica, objetiva-se refletir se a interseccionalidade constitui metodologia ou marco teórico, bem como se pode ser um método decolonial de desobediência epistêmica. Por fim, avalia-se a aplicação da interseccionalidade no Direito do Trabalho pátrio, questionando o seu sujeito epistêmico em termos de gênero, raça, classe e origem.

Abstract
The article aims to investigate whether intersectionality is a method of epistemic disobedience in Brazilian Labor Law. From a juridical-sociological perspective, the objective is to verify whether intersectionality constitutes a methodology or a theoretical framework, as well as whether it can be a decolonial method of epistemic disobedience. Finally, the application of intersectionality in the Brazilian Labor Law is evaluated, questioning its epistemic subject in terms of gender, race, class and origin.
