Resumo

Trata-se de um estudo sobre o redimensionamento na historicidade moderna que fundamenta o tema dos direitos humanos, problematizando-os a partir da perspectiva do giro descolonial nuestroamericano. Logo, busca-se refletir acerca do historicismo dimensional da temática, considerando a diferença colonial e, especificamente, questionando a perspectiva das chamadas dimensões dos Direitos Humanos como construções doutrinárias que representam um encobrimento histórico e uma invisibilidade das lutas e concepções humanistas na América Latina. Assim, a pesquisa explorou bibliograficamente a forma da manifestação sócio-histórica das estruturas coloniais na modernidade a partir do recorte dimensional proposto pelas doutrinas de direitos humanos, destacando o sentido da construção do poder hegemônico global e o encobrimento das experiências nas realidades classificadas como periféricas.

Abstract

It is a study about the resizing in the modern historicity that bases the theme of human rights, problematizing them from the perspective of the American decolonial turn. Therefore, it is sought to reflect on the dimensional historicism of the subject, considering the colonial difference and, specifically, questioning the perspective of the so-called Human Rights dimensions as doctrinal constructions that represent a historical cover-up and an invisibility of humanist struggles and conceptions in Latin America. Thus, the research explored bibliographically the form of socio-historical manifestation of colonial structures in modernity from the dimensional cut proposed by human rights doctrines, highlighting the construction of global hegemonic power and the masking of experiences in the realities classified as peripheral.
