Resumo
Os amici curiaesãoparte cada vez mais comum da estratégia de litigio de organizações perante o Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) muito em razão de serem depositários de promessas de pluralização e de incremento da qualidade das decisões tribunal feitas pelo próprio tribunal. Para saber qual papel os amici curiaepodem desempenhar em um litigio estratégico no STF, este artigo analisa as capacidades institucionaisconferidas aos amici curiae pela jurisprudência, analisadas e classificadas em condições de acessibilidade, admissibilidade e influência.

Abstract
The amici curiaepromise to diversify and improve the quality of decisions of the Supreme Federal Court and are increasingly part of the litigation strategy of organizations before the Supreme Court (STF). In order to know what role amici curiae can play in strategic litigation in the Supreme Court, this article analyzes the institutional capacities conferred to the amicus curiae briefs, that is, if they offer accessibility, admissibility and influence to fully meet its duties.
