Resumo

O artigo reconstrói as disputas interpretativas em torno do sentido do plano diretor. É mapeada a argumentação dos magistrados e demais atores políticos envolvidos no Recurso Extraordinário n. 607.940/DF, em que foi questionada no Supremo Tribunal Federal a constitucionalidade da Lei Complementar n. 710/2005 editada pela Câmara Legislativa do Distrito Federal.

Abstract

The article reconstructs the interpretation disputes concerning what the master plan means. It maps the reasons given by judges and other political actors that took part in the Constitutional Appeal n. 607.940/DF, in which it was questioned at the Supreme Court the constitutionality of the Law n. 710/2005 passed by the Legislative Chamber of the Federal District.
