Resumen
La orientación de las políticas de formalización laboral ha variado en los últimos años en Argentina. Este artículo, desde una perspectiva estructuralista, procura reflexionar sobre dichas variaciones a través del análisis de las estrategias estatales de registración del empleo doméstico remunerado. Este análisis se realiza tomando como marco de referencia empírico las normas a partir de las cuales estas estrategias se instrumentalizaron.

Abstract
The orientation of the labor policies of market formalization has changed in the last years in Argentina. This article, from a structural point of view, analyzes the mentioned changes across the study of the State registration strategies of domestic workers. This analysis is carried out taking the norms across which these strategies were institutionalized as empirical frame of data.
