Resumo:

Este texto é uma tradução a partir do original “Sources of Difference” de Martha Minow que foi publicado como capítulo 2 no livro da autora intitulado “Making All the Difference: Inclusion, Exclusion, and American Law”, publicado pela “Cornel University Press” em 1990. “Sources of Difference” é escrito por Martha Minow dentro da Part I – “Dilemmas of Difference”.
