The study examines the historical evolution of Procedural Law, from version 1.0 to 4.0, highlighting the role of technology in transforming judicial practices. It addresses the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic as a catalyst for digitalization, the adoption of remote hearings, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence in the Brazilian Judiciary. It identifies the benefits and limitations of these innovations, emphasizing the need to reconcile technological efficiency with constitutional guarantees and effective access to justice.
