INVESTIGAÇÃO DA PRODUÇÃO CIENTÍFICA EM PESQUISAS DA ÁREA DE ENGENHARIA III E ADMINISTRAÇÃO, CIÊNCIAS CONTÁBEIS E TURISMO RELACIONADAS À AVALIAÇÃO DE DESEMPENHO ORGANIZACIONAL
Abstract
Resumoartigos investigados da área de Engenharia III abordaram a avaliação de desempenho organizacional em pesquisas de cunho teórico e na área da Administração, Ciências Contábeis e Turismo correspondentem a 72% das pesquisas investigadas. As ferramentas gerências mais utilizadas na áreas de Engenharia III, temos: o Balanced Scorecard (BSC) e o Método Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Na área de Administração, Ciências Contábeis e Turismo, são: Análise Envoltória de Dados (DEA) e o Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Verificou-se ainda, que predominam as ferramentas que possuem características de
modelos estruturados, conforme a categorização de Müller (2003).

ABSTRACT
The study attempts to give an overview of scientific research in the area of Engineering III and Management, Accounting and Tourism by identifying the key management tools, proposals and / or applied for assessment of organizational performance, published in national journals of their areas as the list Qualis / Capes from the years 2007/2009, the period from 2000 to 2008. To attain the goal of this research was carried out a mapping of 434 selected articles, using a standardized form to identify some important foci of analysis. Next, we performed a content analysis of each individual article. In the survey
identified that 59% of the articles investigated the area of Engineering III addressed the assessment of organizational performance in theoretical and research in the area of Administration, Accounting and Tourism corresponding to 72% of the studies investigated. Managers the tools most used in the
Engineering III, we have: the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). In the area of Administration, Accounting and Tourism are: Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and the Balanced Scorecard (BSC). There was still dominated by tools that have characteristics of structured models, according to the categorization of Müller (2003).
